Emotional Freedom Technique- EFT is commonly known as Tapping
So what is Tapping?
EFT Tapping is a technique which uses gentle tapping on specific acupuncture points located on the body. We tap on these points with the fingers, and this promotes the body’s energy to flow freely, it is wonderfully simple.
The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Also it is recognised that physical pain and disease are connected to the way we feel. And the way you feel affects your body’s energy and the way it flows. Also when you have physical symptoms like pain due to an illness, this causes emotional distress. You can feel pretty miserable, and any emotional problems that are not sorted out can cause you to have physical symptoms.
Tapping on certain parts of your body unblocks any blockages of energy, and helps restore balance to the body’s energy. Because tapping encourages the energy to flow freely; we therefore mend the negative emotions and bad feelings. As a result the physical symptoms you have which are a result of the energy disruption, will fade and you will feel so much better
Most of all it is important to treat the body’s health as a whole, and not just treat the symptoms. Getting to the root cause, is essential to ensure positive results. Tapping really gets to the root of the problem and is very effective.
